This patient came to our clinic with a great bone, gum and tooth lose due to several infections.
Solution
As there were little bone and gums left, implants weren’t used because it isn’t possible to obtain cosmetic results in these situations. We had to build a ceramic bridge using pink gum to cover the significant tissue defect.
